Welcome to the 3rd Annual ICT National Summit 2026, Uganda's premier platform for dialogue, innovation and collaboration on digital transformation.

This year's Summit comes at a defining moment as Uganda accelerates implementation of its Ten-Fold Growth Strategy. Under the leadership of the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, the Digital Transformation Programme is positioning technology as the engine that will transform every sector of the economy.

Over three days, Government leaders, regulators, development partners, investors, innovators, academia and private sector executives will come together to explore how Artificial Intelligence, Digital Public Infrastructure and Innovation can unlock productivity, investment and inclusive economic growth.
